Andrew Smith was born and raised in Granbury, Texas, and has called Texas home his entire life. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Baylor University and went on to obtain his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. Before joining Robbins Estate Law, Andrew gained extensive experience litigating class action lawsuits in jurisdictions across the United States.

Andrew focuses on probate and litigation, providing clients with clear guidance and strong advocacy as they navigate legal challenges. He is dedicated to ensuring that his clients’ voices are heard and their interests are protected, no matter how complex the case.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys cooking on his offset smoker, traveling with his wife, Dlaine, and doting on their two mini-Schnauzers, Leo and Bentley. When he’s not exploring new recipes or destinations, you can often find him relaxing with a good video game or planning his next adventure.
