Josh Posten, ESQ.
I earned my Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of Law, where I was honored to receive the Dean’s Achievement Award. Prior to law school, I earned my B.A. from Texas A&M University, while also competing as a scholarship athlete on their track & field team. My professional experience spans both business and law, providing a strong foundation in corporate strategy, management, and operations.
I began my career working in China with a multinational commercial real estate firm, before returning to the United States. Among other roles since that time, I have served as in-house counsel, supported Fortune 500 clients in business litigation, and worked with multiple tech startups – both in managerial and advisory capacities.
At Robbins Estate Law, I draw on my diverse experience to help clients navigate complex legal matters with practical, results-driven solutions. I believe that every client deserves a clear, strategic approach tailored to their unique needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time with family.
Josh holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and leverages his extensive background in corporate law and business strategy to assist clients with probate matters at Robbins Estate Law.
